Description
Currently when running tilt up the Elastic Stack with ES, Kibana and APM Server binary is started. When trying to set up stack monitoring, metricbeat needs to be installed and configured outside of tilt. For easier usage, it would be nice to have metricbeat be part of the setup.

Research direction
Start by inspecting the repository's Tiltfile and the setup run by tilt up, confirming how Elasticsearch, Kibana, and APM Server are started. Then determine the required Metricbeat installation and configuration for that stack; done means Metricbeat is included in the Tilt setup and stack monitoring works without outside setup.
