HTTP Proxy support for communication with APM server

Hello, Is there anything in the works for an agent config option? Or a recommended approach on how to achieve this?

Seen this issue from a while ago that didn't get merged in the end and that was for the http-client package.

As an alternative, tried setting up a proxy server to forward requests though they got lost with no trace.

Also attempted patching the http module using the `addPatch` configuration option though got nowhere with that either. Allegedly swapped the agent out for a proxy agent though requests continued straight on to the Elastic APM server and not through the proxy.
