Stored resource cap is higher than listed storage capacity

**Describe the bug**
My stored resources cap is higher than my listed storage capacity. The amount in storage is a nice round number, but it's more than what's shown as the maximum.

**Expected behavior**
Stored resources max out at the listed capacity.

**Actual behavior**
Stored resources max out at a somewhat higher value.
