Alien colony ships are being reported as frigates

**Describe the bug**
Alien colony ships of unknown designs are showing up as "frigates" according to the autogenerated names.

**Steps to reproduce**

**Expected behavior**
They should be listed as colony ships.

**Actual behavior**
The name says frigate. Also why is it showing the design as being Rocky? That's my design, and my shipset!
