Add a popup dialog version of the galaxy map

**What do you want to see?**
A button to expand the galaxy map into its own popup window like in SE5.

**How would it help players?**
The map could be viewed at a bigger scale so you can see more details. Perhaps more details could be added, like system names, icons, stats...
