Add a log tab for each object

**What do you want to see?**
A log tab added to the description panel of selected objects

**How would it help players?**
It would give them easy access to information about the activities of individual objects

**Alternatives**
A button that brings up a separate log screen on each object but that's sloppy AF

All log messages are already tied to objects so it should be relatively straight forward to make a per object log that just displays messages relevant to that object
