Improve file-drop area

Description
The dropdown area for uploading files is currently only on the upload page. A user needs to select this page and can then drop a file into the supplied area.
This [proposal](https://gitter.im/eikek/docspell?at=6043848fd1aee44e2dcaad6d) suggests to make the dropdown area the whole page. That would be more convenient for users; docspell could switch to the upload page when a drop is encountered on another page.
