To cater for:
- multiple persons (authors/signatories) at one organization
- allowing a person to be separately entered as correspondent and a concerning
allowing:
- a news article to have multiple persons (authors)
- a person to be both a correspondent (author) and concerning (subject) of a news article
This would allow selection in the UI without complicated search or custom tags.
