Description
right now we're using [bootstrap](https://getbootstrap.com/docs/3.4/css/) for our CSS framework. I think [vuetify](https://vuetifyjs.com/en/) would be better because it would fit in the with vue framework nicely, and might allow easier switching between themes (dark/light).
