Move eiffel JSON files from this repository

### Description

Right now, we have the JSON schemas from the eiffel github repository stored in this repository (as well as eiffel-pythonlib).
We should move them or be able to utilize the ones from the eiffel github.

Start by locating the Eiffel JSON schemas in this repository and comparing them with the schemas in the Eiffel GitHub repository and eiffel-pythonlib. Determine how the API currently consumes them and whether an upstream reference can replace the local copies; done means the duplicate schemas are removed or sourced upstream without breaking the API.
