Ease of use
### Benefits
Ease of use
### Possible Drawbacks
Might be too much work, where a docker image would be better.

Research direction
Inspect the repository's existing shell script and current package installation path to understand how the development API is started. Define the desired PyPI installation and webserver entry point, then verify that a fresh install can start a development instance without separately invoking the repository script.
