zmin = 200, up from 195; this is a shift in +z by 5 cm
zmax = 322, up from 320 (after shift of zmin to 200); extra 2 cm on the back end
bore diameters: 20.0 to 35.2
considering a vertical FMS split; would require 90 degree rotation of the sectors

- note the 2cm gain on the back end is from communication during the meeting, and may not be on the slides
- [ ] change the envelope
- [ ] check the optics
- [ ] re-tune the optics
