SNOMED Uk is available for download via [here](https://isd.digital.nhs.uk/trud/users/guest/filters/0/categories/26/items/101/releases) under license.
This is a bunch of files but the key ones are the concept, description and relationships files. We want to be load these into the SurrealDB.
