[FR] Forward all unlinked contacts or group information to a special group

Can you forward all unlinked contacts or group information to a separate group? I want to save messages on other chat software to telegram. Currently, the bot can send all unlinked contacts or group information to users , but the chat history between the user and the bot cannot be saved permanently(**Correction: The chat history between the user and the bot is permanently saved, so this function can be done or not.**). I hope that the program can forward a copy to a separate group.

Send a copy of the message sent by the bot to the user to the group.
**Describe alternatives you've considered**
The bot does not send information to the user, but to the group.
