White screen since vue-cli 3.3

Since vue-cli 3.3 I only get a white screen in the electron wrapper, until I once launch `vue ui` in the commandline manually. From then on the electron wrapper works.

Any ideas?
(Macbook Pro Retina 15'' late 2013 16gb ram, 512ssd, 2,6ghz i7 on macOS high Sierra 10.13.6)

Start by reproducing the white screen with vue-cli 3.3 in the Electron wrapper, then compare it with a launch after running `vue ui` manually. Done means the wrapper opens normally without requiring that manual command first.
