Customize CSS

I'm experimenting with [changelog-microservice](https://changelog.kikobeats.com) viewing how popular changelog files are rendered.

An example could be:

I know that the scope of this project is provide a good visualization based in a opiniated markdown format, but, because each changelog could be different, do you think that could be possible provide a way to format CSS just similar to GitHub Markdown files?

The issue provides example rendered changelogs at changelog.kikobeats.com/moment and /debug, but names no files, tests, or entry points. First inspect how loglive currently renders its opinionated Markdown format and determine the scope of CSS customization; done means a documented, working way to produce GitHub-like styling for differing changelogs.
