我希望给出使用simple创建js项目再切换ts，和使用tegg的相同点和不同点。
为什么官网没有给出相关的说明？只看readme没看出个所以然来，希望有个与官网文档类似的指导。
我的困惑是，现在推荐使用tegg还是这个方式？
