Description
End-to-end test of the full scrape pipeline:
- Trigger mock Apify run
- Simulate webhook callback with fixture data (Redfin sample)
- Verify property inserted in DB correctly
- Verify images uploaded to MinIO
- Verify property_history record created
- Verify embedding generated
Uses Docker test environment with real PostgreSQL + MinIO.
