Description
Connect AI agent to Telegram:
- Webhook receiver for incoming messages
- Check contact_channels — is user approved?
- If pending: reply with pending message, notify admin
- If approved: route to AI agent, return response
- Format responses nicely (property cards, price tables)
- Send property photos inline
