- Claude via OpenRouter (already configured)
- Tools: search_properties, get_property_detail, find_nearby, compare_properties, price_trend, find_similar
- Natural language → tool call → SQL → formatted answer
- English + Spanish (auto-detect)
- Conversation memory per session
