all external links not working when domain forward with masking

We forward the domain from www.efcie.org to www.efcie.github.io. The ideal way is use masking so that the .org domain will always show up and users won't notice the github site. However, in this case, all external links doesnot work. GoDaddy.com (the domain server provider) says it is due to the frameset used in the masking and they are unable to unwilling to resolve the issue.

Fow now the solution is to use forward without masking. User will be directed to the github site after enter www.efcie.org. Then everything is on github site.
