add column right/left is reverse in dir=rtl

hi dear friend
i have used last version in rtl language and found this two problems
1. add column left/right makes column in reverse position .
2. adding dynamic columns destroys column handles in top of every column (some columns not any handle and other handles are appear in wrong positions )
