Allow changing the image after insertion

It would be nice if we have a way to change the image after insertion. A typical use-case is that the application presents a template, with a placeholder image, which the user can change by uploading their own image. Currently, it's not easy to discover how to insert an image block; by having the placeholder (and allowing the user to change it), it will make the block much easier to use.
