Description
Today, EdgeX packages a private version of Vault as its secret store.
If EdgeX is deployed to Kubernetes, and there is already a cluster-hosted Hashicorp Vault instance (deployed with vault-helm or other mechanism), EdgeX should be able to use the common Vault instance instead of deploying a standalone instance.
