Update stale images and reference files for v3.x

This feature request is for Images that have v2/ v1 or pre 3.0 content

### Description [**REQUIRED**]
Many images and reference files are stale wrt 3.x.

The below is a list of known images and reference files that need updating, but is not all that need to be updated.
There are sequence and model diagrams for the core/support service that are likely stall also.
