Feature request: Create ready-to-print PDFs for given articles

Further to issue 6, it would be good to offer non-technical users a template or
templates, such that they would supply one or more QRpedia URLs, and be
presented with a PDF ready for printing (and, if necessary, cutting), with no
image or document editing required.

Start by reviewing issue 6 and the sample ODT and PDF layouts in the linked Google Drive folder. Determine how one or more QRpedia URLs should be supplied and what printable or cuttable PDF output the templates must produce; done means a non-technical user can generate that output without image or document editing.
