Investigate navigation clarity

**Investigate ways to make the application navigation visually distinct from the EHR app, but also immediately recognizable as a form of navigation.**
All four students did not notice the top bar of the app on their own and were not able to find the assignment details. While this is something that could be learned easily, I’d also suggest that making it more intuitive for first time users would be of benefit.

No files, tests, or entry points are identified in the issue. Review the current top-bar navigation and the assignment-details path, then define a specific, testable navigation change that makes the bar recognizable and confirms that first-time users can find assignment details.
