Add more features for "Glass Manager"

### Actual behavior


- Typo mistake in window title: missed "space" character (` `);
- No way to enable/disable each glass;
- No way to add/remove external catalog paths;

### Expected behavior

0. Fix window title: ~~`GlassManager`~~ -> `Glass Manager`.
1. Make two tabs:
1.1. ***"Glass"** tab* — show the list of all active/enabled glass (there should be an options to enable/disable each glass for actual project; would be useful for limit type chooser list for *"Surfaces Data > Type"* if there are many glass listed in connected catalogs);
1.2. ***"Catalogs"** tab* — show the list of connected catalogs (there should be an options to add/remove paths to catalogs and option to enable/disable each catalog without removing path).
