Cannot recognize branches in vue 'template' section when coverage

I also tried the current official unit test usage with karma/mocha/phantomjs in vuejs-tempaltes/webpack, it didn't work neither: https://github.com/vuejs/vue-loader/issues/195#issuecomment-330736056).

Start by reproducing the coverage failure in this vue-test-utils-jest-example repository and compare it with the vuejs-templates/webpack setup mentioned in the issue. Read the linked vue-loader discussion and inspect the Karma, Mocha, and PhantomJS usage described there. Done means branch coverage for Vue template sections is recognized correctly.
