Description
at the moment our identifiers have a format of the type:
**RMS-alfanumericstring**
where the alfanumericstring MUST contain digit and text characters.
we should aim to make our identifiers permanent and at least objects and studies reachable via them (url)
RMS is more of an internal acronym now.
please suggest possible new format or reasons to keep the current one
