Proposal use process

Unknown user, first time landing page -> Browsing or contact formular for free.
While browsing present hint "If you are interessted in re-use or sharing, please register"
After frist registering user has the same browsing screen as without registering but hint is hidden and there should be a possibility to mark objects (studys) for re-use and a button "like to share". With one or more marks show button submit request -> open contact formular with prefilled Reason, user details and re-use wishes.
Manager to set up DUP and give user permission to view DUP. If user is part of a known organisation, give permission to see all DUP and DTP+Studys+Objects of that organisation.

No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by mapping the existing browsing, registration, contact-form, study-marking, and organisation-permission flows in the TypeScript frontend and Python backend. Done means the described registered and unregistered experiences, reuse request submission, and organisation-based DUP access are implemented and verified.
