New user registered by LSI

After registering through LSI, the user has possibly used a non organisational email address like Gmail or using the email of the organisation doesn't bring the organisation information back to RMS. As long as the organisation is not verified the user will see the same browsing screen as without registering but the hint "please register" (see ecrin-github/rms-portal-new#9 and ecrin-github/rms-portal-new#10) is replaced with a possibility to mark objects (studys) for re-use and a button "like to share". Pressing the button leads to the contact form with prefilled Reason, Name and Email.
RM/Admin has to verify that a new user belongs to an organisation. Only with this verification the user gets to the dashboard with DTP and DUP of the organisation. See ecrin-github/rms-portal#80
