Description
Add fields: draft sent to Sponsor (date), signed by Sponsor (date), signed by ECRIN (date), "fully executed" checkbox (auto-checked once both signature dates are filled), start date + end date (must support retrospective dates), free-text comment. Display overall contract status (draft / in progress / fully executed) based on which dates are filled
