Description
Deleting a Project currently does not delete its associated Clinical Studies. The orphaned study has no data and becomes inaccessible, but isn't removed. Deleting a project should delete all its sub-studies too

Research direction
Start by locating the TypeScript entry point that deletes a Project and the relation between Projects and Clinical Studies. Reproduce deletion with a project containing sub-studies, then verify that the project and all associated studies are removed without leaving inaccessible records.
