Selection of clinical trial design

As a researcher I want to define the clinical trial design e.g., (only one group, comparison of 2 independent groups)

> At the start of the application, it should be possible to define the type of the trial. For the beginning two options should be available: 1-group design or 2-(parallel) group design. Dependent on the selection from a list, further functionality is available (e.g., random subsampling)
