RSS feeds

RSS/Atom feed versions of any list page endpoints with the appropriate meta tag in the header of the html such as:

- list of registries
- list of packages for a registry
- list of versions for a package
- list of maintainers for a registry
- list of packages for a maintainer
- list of packages for a namespace
- list of packages for a keyword
