Description

Selecting a sample reduces opacity for all other samples, which does not reset until the particular sample is manually deselected.

Closing the modal or clicking anywhere else in the plot should deselect the current sample

Research direction

No files or tests are named. Start by locating the sample sound file modal and the plot selection handling, then review the linked Dash clientside-callback and Plotly selection resources. Done means closing the modal or clicking empty plot space deselects the sample and restores normal opacity for the other samples.
