Description
As a user, I want to see my existing workspaces, so that I can get more information about my previous work and my active projects.
A workspace from the user point of view is either running (workspace + session) or stopped (only workspace). the user will not be aware of the Theia Cloud concept "session"
User needs to be authenticated to see their workspaces.
This needs to use Theia Cloud API, not directly the cluster API.
