Admin - See statistics per user

As an admin, I want to see statistics per user so that I can see the details of the start and the end of the user’s session, number of workspaces of the user, login and logout attempts of the user, resource usage of the user, the average hour of work that each user do.

There be an alert system for admin. For example while collecting statistics per user, if certain resource usage is above some threshold, Admin should be warned through an email or some different channels.
