consider adding more cordova plug-ins to the developer app

We removed all non-tabris-specific cordova plug-ins from the developer app since the cordova demo was removed and subsequently restored in a separate repo. However, it may be useful for developers (and us as testers) to have a small collection of cordova plug-ins in the app for use when sideloading code.
