Document global W3C objects like framework types

`console`, the timer functions , `XMLHttpRequest`, `fetch`, `WebSocket`, `localStorage`, `secureStorage` and `crypto` should be documented individually (using the json format) in a separate section of index.md.

I would also argue that it would be a good idea to do the same with buit-in language types, especially those that are not are obvious to be available. However, a simple list with likes (e.g. mdn) would also work there, as part of #649.
