[Combined Fragment:007]: Create a Weak Sequence Combined Fragment

It SHALL be possible to create (Palette or assistant) a weak sequence combined fragment (seq) by providing a location (hover location) or a rectangle (drag rectangle). The combined fragment will be created to include the lifelines covered by the provided rectangle or the hover one, with the height of the given rectangle or a default one.

One interaction operand will be created.

Any existing fragment located following the insertion location will be shifted down by a distance equivalent to the size of the interaction use plus any additional distance needed to keep the predefined minimal distance between fragments.
