[Combined Fragment:005]: Create a Break Combined Fragment

It SHALL be possible to create (Palette or assistant) a break combined fragment (break) by providing a location (hover location) or a rectangle (drag rectangle). The combined fragment will be created to include all the lifelines covered by the enclosing fragment (All of them when it is the interaction).

One interaction operand will be created.

Any existing fragment located following the insertion location will be shifted down by a distance equivalent to the size of the interaction use plus any additional distance needed to keep the predefined minimal distance between fragments.
