[Interaction Use:009]: Add a lifeline

It SHALL be possible to add a lifeline to the list of covered lifelines by a context menu action, toolbar buttons, property editor in the property view, etc.

As a result, the bounds of the graphical area covered by the interaction use graphical element may change and fragments following the interaction use may need to be pushed down by an amount equivalent to the height of the interaction use.
