[Interaction Use:003]: Create an Interaction Use

It SHALL be possible to create (Palette or assistant) an interaction use, by providing a location (hover location) or a rectangle (drag rectangle). The interaction use will be created to include the lifelines covered by the provided rectangle or the hover one, with the provided height or the default one.

Any existing fragment located following the insertion location will be shifted down by a distance equivalent to the size of the interaction use plus any additional distance needed to keep the predefined minimal distance between fragments.
