[Cut & Paste:021]: Drag & Drop in the Model Explorer

Description
It SHALL be possible to drag & drop in the model explorer (between interactions), always that the operation can be performed (matching lifelines exist...)
The result it will be the same that cut and pasting between the source interaction diagram
and the target interaction diagram.
