[General Ordering:004]: Delete a General Ordering

Description
It SHALL be possible to delete a General Ordering. The occurrences will be independent and the graphical order (top to bottom, left to right) with no semantical meaning will be applied.
The fragment order will be recalculated. No rearrangement of fragment will be required.
