[Continuations:006]: Reorder a Continuation

Description
It SHALL be possible to reorder a continuation from the begin of the operant to the end. The fragments in the operand will be shifted up or down to fill the gap left and make place. The change of the operand SHALL not change.
No other change in fragment order that send the continuation to the front or to the end of the fragment list will occur.
