[Continuations:003]: Create a Continuation

It SHALL be possible to create (Palette or assistant) a continuation by providing a location (hover location) or a rectangle (drag rectangle) only inside interaction operands of combined fragments which operator is alt or seq, and the location is before or after all the other fragments in the interaction operand.

Any existing fragment located in the operand, following the insertion point will be shifted down by a distance equivalent to the size of the continuation plus any additional distance needed to keep the predefined minimal distance between fragments. The operand and the combined fragment will be resized accordingly.

The continuation will cover all the lifelines covered by the enclosing operand.
