[State Invariant:007]: Change a State Invariant to another Lifeline

Description
It SHALL be possible to change a state invariant to another lifeline by dragging it to a new location in a different lifeline. The state invariant will be removed for its current location, any gap left will closed, the state invariant will be inserted at the target location and place it will be made for it by shifting down the fragment that follows.
